Vendor tables are 8' and are $25 for the first table, and $20 for each additional table. Regular vendors hold assigned tables based on a first come, first serve basis. All remaining tables will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Outlets are available, but you will need to bring extension cords (15 ft should suffice) if you need electricity. Only 75 watt bulbs will be allowed. Set-up time starts at 8:30 am.

Regular vendors will have their banner, contact information, and web link placed on our site. Also, any major advertising that we do such as newspaper inserts and radio advertising will have regular vendor information included. This is a tremendous advantage to regular vendors, because the individual cost of this advertising would be hundreds of dollars. What could be better than free advertising?

 

Also, as a not to vendors, we are in the EASTERN time zone. For those of you traveling from CENTRAL time, be sure to alot yourselves an extra hour. As an added note we also practice Daylight Savings. Some areas do not practice this and need to ensure correct times durring that half of the year.

No venomous or native species allowed. All turtles under 4" must be sold with a health disclaimer per Michigan law. West Michigan Reptile Expo does not take responsibility for vendors compliance to these laws. It is the vendors responsibility to comply with local and national laws on the animals they sell.

 

No domestic cats or dogs allowed at the show. Other exotic animals are allowed and vendors that carry such animals are encouraged to participate.
